Personal approach and how to get ready for successful portrait photo session. For photographers.
Recently I have shot a beautiful First birthday party and part of the Birthday party plan was a family photo shoot by a professional photographer. Luckily it was me.
I had an idea and some sketches for long time. Family with a child walking downhill holding balloons.
My agenda was to find a perfect spot for it, I was looking for a beautiful park for on location photo shoot, and I didn`t wanted to see any high-rise buildings on the background.
Sherwood park in Toronto was a perfect spot for my vision.
The tricky part is to make family feel like they are having a walk in the park and photographer just following them. To archive it you have to visit photo shoot location and know exactly where family will be walking, check the sun location based on photo shoot time to make sure you will have all the proper equipment. ( I was using a 85mm lens with full-frame camera to have a greater distance from clients)
